Frequently asked questions

Who is MonteFlow for?
For Montessori schools and kindergartens — including schools that run home education — and for their teachers and parents. The school buys MonteFlow; teachers and parents get access from the school.
Is MonteFlow an electronic class register that meets Polish requirements?
Yes, with the Compliance PL module (e-Dziennik MEN): an electronic class register that complies with Polish education law, with MEN exports, SIO support and an official document generator. The module is available to institutions in Poland with an individual agreement. Without it, MonteFlow runs in Basic Mode and is not an electronic class register in the legal sense.
Where is the data stored? What about GDPR?
On AWS servers in the European Union (Stockholm and Milan). The school is the controller of the data it enters into MonteFlow; ZUBEL.PRO processes it on the school’s behalf under the Data Processing Agreement. Details: Privacy Policy.
Which devices does MonteFlow work on?
In the browser on a computer, tablet or phone, and in the MonteFlow app for iPhone and iPad on the App Store.
Which languages does MonteFlow speak?
Polish, English and German.
Can we export our data?
Yes. The Base Package includes exporting a child’s and the school’s data (Articles 15 and 20 GDPR). After the agreement ends and the licence expires, the account is read-only for 30 days so the school can download its data.
